My name is Zeb and am 21 yrs old from the piedmont triad area of North Carolina. I am currently in college pursuing a engineering degree. I am hoping next year to transfer to a 4 year college to finish my degree. I also love to go fishing!!
I started stuttering when I was very young because of a accident I had when I was 6 weeks old. Growing up, stuttering never bothered me, but now that I am 21 and in college it is starting to bother me more and more because I have a lot more responsibilities. Also I have to meet new people and talk on the phone (which is very hard). I am very interested in the speecheasy device but I do not have enough money to purchase one, I have tried it out and it did help me quite a lot! I have contacted Vocational Rehab of NC and they say I do not qualify for any help from them. I am also interested in trying the new drug, Pagoclone in the future.
If anyone has any advice for me please let me know! Thanks!
