I just realized why I prefer others help when I stutter awfully.
At the time of stuttering, I get very uncomfortable knowing the other person is waiting for me.
I also get uncomfortable knowing no matter how hard I try to say what I wish, it will not be understood.
I prefer others help in saying what I am so desperately to get out because they will not understand me.
When I stutterer lightly though, I prefer to finish what I am trying to say.
Knowing the other person is waiting not being able to understand me at the time of my stuttering makes me stutter even more.
The very tricky and frusterating part is the person not knowing what I am trying to say so they can help me.
