Hello to all,
I have been a closet stutterer since grade school and have finally decided to take control of my life. I'm 26, a college graduate and want the freedom to be able to do what ever I want. As many of you know, the feeling of being 'trapped and doomed' by stuttering is overbearing and sickening and often leaves me depressed. I'm tired of it and more so tired of doing nothing about it...
I went to speech thearpy up until high school and have since then just used the techniques I had learned to get by until now. By chance, I found this forum and feel that it was a sign to do something now. I am very excited to read all that I can and be a participating member. Thanks
