I bought these 2 books.

Understanding & Controlling Stuttering
by William D. Parry

Comprehensive Stuttering Therapy
by Philip J. Roberts

Both are very good.

Another one which I bought very long ago is Stutter No More by Dr. Martin F. Schwartz.
