Anyone used the "Passive Air Flow" technique?
In summary, it's to briefly exhale just before you speak, and halfway through your exhale, say the first word of what you want to speak.
As you briefly exhale, you relax your larynx and Valsalva mechanism.
You can read Dr Martin F. Schwartz's Stutter No More book for free at http://www.stuttering.com/book.html
The Passive Air Flow technique is in chapter 9.
