do anyone suffer from any phobia?
I'm phobic to spiders. I get panic and feel VERY uncomfortable when I see a picture of a spider. I get chills, panic etc.
Anybody else feel this way about something special? I wonder if this may be related to my stuttering? Anyhow Im thinking of trying to fight my fear of spiders, but its hard though.
If you picture-google on "horrible" you will see a picture of a spider called "Horrible bug" or something. I accidently saw that pic, just the thumbnail of it, for a couple of years ago and I nearly fainted.
Im thinking of cure my phobia by start looking at pictures of small spiders, than week by week increase the size of the spiders im looking to, and ending of with looking at that google picture.
Feel free to look at that googe-picture if you dare, It would be interesting if someone who dosn't suffer from spider-phobia tell how he/she feels when he/she look at the picture.

I had a look at the picture - an ugly looking bugger!
Whilst I have no phobias as such, I am not keen on spiders, or any creepy crawlies for that matter.
I'm just a whimp :o

I'm scared of heights, but not flying. I can climb an tower, but looking down makes my stomach do some funny stuff. Maybe meeting bigfoot will stop me in my tracks, but other than that, I don't think I have anything that will stop me dead. I have even been in a haunted house, and still went in again.

R O F L M A O :D
And with very good reason if you ask me!
Someone correct me if I'm wrong but I think the spider in the "horrible" picture is a camel spider. Nasty critters they are but don't worry, they're only found in the middle east.
I too have a phobia of spiders. I don't really know what classifies my fear as being a phobia but I figure if its irrational, then that must be the deciding factor. And I definitely have an irrational fear of spiders. I know they won't hurt me but I can't stand to look at them.
I don't consider myself to have a fear of heights but If I get high enough up in the air and look down, I get a weird anxious feeling. But thats only at extreme heights and I think it's pretty common.
